Spetses “The island of the scents“. If you like romantic and peaceful holidays this picturesque historic island with the pine trees will excite you! According to some sources the name Spetses derives from the Italian phrase “Isola di Spezzie” and was given to this island during the Venetian occupancy.

Porto Heli is a seaside village known as one of the most popular summer destinations. It is located at the eastern part of Peloponnese and has a large port that serves a great amount of sailing boats and private yachts that visit the area.

Pirgos Dirou “Fight like a woman!”. Pirgos Dirou is a popular destination known for its natural beauty. The extraordinary Lake Caves of Diros are only about 3km away. The tour of the caves is done mainly by boat and only the part on foot. While gazing at the impressive formations of the stalactites and stalagmites you will be immersed into the mystery of the nature.

Pilos “The place with continuous historical presence since the prehistoric times”. This little seaside town at the southwest of Peloponnese has played an important role during the history of Greece. It was the kingdom of Nestor, the wisest among the leaders of the Trojan War. In addition the known Battleship of Navarino in 1827 took place here resulting in the defeat of the fleet of the Ottoman Empire.

Petalidi “The gift to the fighters of Mani” . In the southwest part of Peloponnese there is the small seaside village called Petalidi. In the village you will find the big beautiful square with the church of St. Nikolaos, restaurants and cafes and a little further the small harbor.

Neapoli Voion / Vatika “The southernmost town of the mainland of Europe”. This little seaside town attracts mainly two type of travelers. Those who want to spend their day in extraordinary beaches and the nature lovers who get amazed by the wild beauty of this area. The main landmarks of this town are the church of Agia Triada (St. Trinity), which is visible throughout the city and the statue of the Vatika Seaman.

Monemvasia “The nature’s piece of art”. Monemvasia is the little historical city built on a mass of rock which is connected to the mainland by a narrow bridge of 130 meters. The name Monemvasia, which in Greek meant “the only access”, came from the singularity of this place.

Loutra Oraias Elenis “The baths of Helen of Troy” . You may have heard that Cleopatra was a fan of milk baths, but what was the secret of Helen of Troy, also known as Helen of Sparta? The answer is believed to be the thermal baths she was having in this little village.

Loutra Killinis “The Roman Baths”. Loutra Killinis is a famous spa town known mostly for the thermal baths and the hydrotherapy center of the area inside the beautiful forest with the pine trees. Also at the end of the forest you will find the amazing homonym sandy beach and some luxurious hotel complexes.

Leonidio “The descendants of the Dorians” . This elegant seaside village offers a plethora of emotions. The singular architecture of the mansions and the towers as well as the beautiful nature which is an amalgam of sea and mountain won’t disappoint the visitor.
